SOOP Operations Guide

At its third meeting in La Jolla, Spring 2000, SOOPIP recognized there was a need for some basic guidance for an operational programme such as SOOP.
It therefore proposed to establish a SOOP Operations Guide (SOOPOG) published via the web would provide for the required guidance. The Guide should be supplemented by future new publications, as and when necessary.
